Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions for CCTV, security systems, access control, and fire alarms.- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing system capabilities and benefits.- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.- Respond to technical inquiries from clients and provide expert guidance on product features and capabilities.- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and solutions.- Assist in conducting site assessments to determine client needs and system specifications.- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.Skills Required :- Strong understanding of CCTV, security systems, access control, and fire alarm technologies.- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.- Proven experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in the security systems industry.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Relevant certifications in security systems or project management are a plus.
