Presales & Operations -
Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Presales & Operations to join our team. This role involves handling presales activities, managing client accounts, nurturing leads.
Key responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring smooth onboarding and providing ongoing support.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production and design) to address client requests and concerns
4. Develop, implement, and optimize lead nurturing campaigns via email and other digital marketing strategies.
5. Maintaining and capturing a database of leads
6. Craft effective email sequences that educate, engage, and encourage leads to convert.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
8. Conduct market research to incorporate new strategies and plan
9. Assist in providing and handling the software offering to our clients at backend.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in presales, account management, or client-facing roles.
? Proven experience in email marketing and lead nurturing.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content drafts.
? Experience with CRM software, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp etc.).
? Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
? Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
? Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
Shift timings:
Mon-Fri 10 AM to 7 PM
