The Pre-Sales Consultant/Executive will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to support business opportunities and provide tailored solutions to clients. This role requires a blend of technical and business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction during the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and align solutions to customer needs.
• Solution Presentation & Demonstration
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Proposal Development
• Develop and customize proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other documentation.
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals.
• Collaboration with Sales Teams
• Assist the sales team in creating strategies to drive revenue.
• Provide pre-sales support through solutioning, feasibility analysis, and competitor insights.
Qualifications
• Experience : 2-8 years in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Skills :
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for diverse audiences.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience in handling B2B clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
