Must Have Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
At least 3-4 years of working experience with any ISP and has end to end knowledge of its functioning OR pre-sales experience in Software Products
Working with 3rd party vendors and handle escalations
Ability to carry on the core responsibilities without much dependencies
