Educational Background - BA/B.Sc. /B.Com/ BE / MBA Key Responsibilities :
- Understanding client needs and providing pre-sales support.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Must Have Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience with any ISP and has end to end knowledge of its functioning OR pre-sales experience in Software Products
- Working with 3rd party vendors and handle escalations
- Ability to carry on the core responsibilities without much dependencies
