The individual must possess strong skills in pre sales (Mandatory skill) to effectively support enterprise sales efforts.Qualifications and SkillsEngage with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges.Conduct discovery sessions to gather information and identify opportunities for technologysolutions.Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our technologysolutions.Collaborate with customers to build customized solutions that meet their specific needs.Work closely with the BPO partner solutioning team to build a strong narrativeat pre-sales level.Participate in technical discussions and provide expertise during the RFP process.Build strong & compelling value proposition from both technology & commercialstandpoint to transition an existing customer of BPO partner from BAU to digitally enabledprocessGet a deep understanding of the existing processWork closely with solution architects, engineers, and delivery teams to design and delivertechnology solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation ofsolutions.Skills required:Enterprise Sales, Pre-sales & solutionExperience & network in CX across verticals like Insurance, healthcare, banking andretail.Must have proven skills in building digital transformation roadmaps for organizations andprocess managing the transition.Must be a great collaborator with a proven ability to work cross-functional teams likedelivery, solution architectures, and sales operations.Ability to network with a diverse set of people across partner organization hierarchy.Proven skills in building and nurturing partnerships with large organizations with both sell to and sell with framework in place.
