Job Role : Presales leader - Digital Engineering ( Engineering background) Location : Bangalore Work Mode : Hybrid Role Overview : PreSales Leader who will be responsible for executing the company\'s strategic Digital Engineering vision across customers in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. Responsibilities : The candidate will be responsible for serving as a Principal Architect and providing Pre-Sales support for the following services to prospective Digital Engineering Customers in US, Europe and Japan: Digital Product and Platform Engineering: Cloud Services / Solutions, Application Development, Full Stack Development, DevOps, Mobile Apps Development, Cyber Security, Testing, Automation Services Data and AI Engineering: Custom Analytics, Data Engineering, Governance and Pipelining, Data Lake Development And Re-Architecture, DataOps, MLOps Architect technical solutions for prospective and existing customers Drive the development of PoCs to provide a preview of proposed solutions to customers and to serve as technology demonstrators Qualify prospects by understanding their industry, products, revenue and service needs Support the sales team in winning the deals by synthesizing together solutions in collaboration with SMEs, that addresses client requirements Active involvement in the lead to closure cycle leading the following activities: o RFx / Bid response o Create pro-active proposals for clients in discussion with sales team\'s client partners o Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, technical, operations, pricing, consulting, HR et al) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submission Develop collateral and deliver targeted messaging to engage prospects Develop proactive proposals for prospects, respond to RFQs, take responsibility for bid management Focus will be on new customer acquisition and winning long-term strategic customers Build, sustain and maintain long term relationship with key and strategic customers Provide feedback on technologies and upcoming trends to delivery teams based on presales interaction with prospects and customers Serve as a custodian of all go to market (GTM) decks and offerings. Experience and Skill Requirements Education : B. Tech / B.E in Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics Engineering preferred; additional MBA Preferred Experience : 18+ Years total experience Should have spent 5+ years in Digital Engineering Pre-Sales/Practice of a Digital Engineering Services Company interfacing with customers in the U.S. or Europe - Some experience with Mid-sized Companies will be preferable 5-10 Years of Hands-on Architect Experience in Digital Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, UI/UX, Testing and Digital Infrastructure Worked on Microservices, Dockers and Kubernetes (Open Source or Cloud based) Experience in CI/CD and deployment tools Experience in full stack programming languages like Java, PHP, python, .Net, Angular or equivalent languages Must have experience in acquiring new blue-chip customers Proven track record in winning long-term strategic deals Experience in developing value propositions, presentations, RFP responses and deal chase Experience in working with customers in US and interfacing with multiple Sales Team Members Experience in coaching multiple Sales Team Managers to effectively communicate with prospects/customers Vertical Knowledge : Have breadth of knowledge in two or more of the following verticals: E-commerce, Travel and Hospitality, Retail, EdTech, Industrial, Logistics, Telematics, Supply Chain Skills/Knowledge/Attitude Strong personal gravitas Outstanding communication, listening, interpersonal and presentation skills Hungry, entrepreneurial growth-mindset Keen sense of aesthetics Excitement to own and build new Sales/PreSales initiatives in a high-growth environment Very positive and optimistic attitude
