We aim to help boost peoples\xe2\x80\x99 overall quality of life and provide even higher value to our customers.Job Roles & Responsibilities:Knowledge and experience in pre-sales of leading APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Newrelic, Data Dog etc.Expertise in various licensing and deployment models of leading ITSM, EMS/NMS and APM tools.Highly skillful in bid management process such as RFP/RFQ/EOI summarization, scope of work, pre-bid queries, BoM/BoQ, bid responses etc.Should be able to understand technical and financial impacts, delivery schedules and payment clauses in RFP/RFQ.Should be able to prepare comparative analysis devise bid winning strategy.Strong documentation skill in creating Technical Solution document covering SRS, High Level and Low-Level Design, User Acceptance, Build and Integration and Assumptions and implementation planShould have understanding of OEM membership and knowledge of various partner portals.Must have good knowledge of Microfocus/OpenText ITOM tools and practices.Must have good understanding of various modules and their inter-dependencies and integrations such as AM, SM, SiteScope, SMAX, UCM, OO, OMI, OBR, OBM, BVD, NOM/NNMi.Must have good understanding of Helpdesk, ITSM and ITIL standards, compliance, and practices.Exposure to multiple OEM products and solutions such as HP, MicroFocus/OpenText, BMC, CA, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Splunk, Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Dynarace, AppDynamics etc.Should have knowledge of SLA, high-availability and application performance management.Prior hands-on experience in implementation of these tools is preferred.Experience:At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales activities such as solution design, capacity planning, sizing, licensing and compliance for Microfocus/OpenText and other leading EMS/NMS products, solutions and services.Personal Attributes:Meeting with our prospective customers as a trusted, developing a deep understanding of their current environment, key business challenges and goals, and helping them envision the benefits that can be realized.Knowledge and experience in patch management tools.Non Technical:Ability to think strategically, balancing long and short-term prioritiesAbility to efficiently prioritize and organize competing work demands with little oversightExcellent Email EtiquettesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent documentation and presentation skills
