As a Presales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating leads for our real estate projects. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Build rapport with potential customers and establish long-lasting relationships.
• Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our projects.
• Answer customer queries and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
