• Interpersonal skills : The ability to work closely with team members and have good interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation : A strong customer service orientation is important.
• Product knowledge : A detailed knowledge of the products, technology, or solutions being sold.
• Flexibility : A pre-sales executive's day, week, and client may not be regular. They may be asked to do last-minute demos with little notice
