Responsibilities:



? Engage with warm leads generated by our digital marketing team through

inbound and outbound calls.

? Conduct detailed conversations to assess potential customers' needs, budget,

timeline, and decision-making process.

? Tailor scripted pitches to align with individual customer preferences and

objections.

? Collaborate closely with clients' sales teams to provide well-qualified leads a

actionable insights.

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

? Prioritize tasks efficiently to balance quality conversations with daily wor

requirements.

What We're Looking For:



? Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).

? Proven ability to handle 80-100 calls/day in a fast-paced environment.

? Willingness to work a 6-day schedule, including weekends, with one rotational

weekday off.

? Prior experience (Minimum 6 months) in tele sales, tele calling, customer support,

inside sales, BPO, or related field

? Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.

? Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a strong plus.
