Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understanding client needs and providing pre-sales support.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Should be able to conduct site surveys, proof-of-concept, prepare solution and commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Responsible for error free timely submission of tender responses & customer proposals
• Should be competent to make proof of concept, design the bill of quantity design estimate
• Ability to manage large funnels and maximize conversions.
Skills Required :
• Candidate should have domain experience in sales of CCTV, Video Management System, Cloud surveillance solutions, Access Controls & Biometrics (preferable)
• Must have demonstration ability to build relationships with senior executives of the company, Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Candidate Should have excellent communication skills in local language along with fluency in English and Hindi with minimum basic understanding of computer tools such as MS office.
