Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in the Booming Bulls Courses Online or Offline.
- Engage prospects in conversations, understand their needs, and provide information about the 3-day program.
-Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Guide potential clients through the necessary documentation and application processes.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and communication details in the CRM system used by the company.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.
-Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
-Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.
-Adhere to the company's policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, will be preferred.
-Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
