Field Pre-Sales Executive - EpsonJob Summary

The Field Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to the sales team in achieving revenue and market share objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Epson's product line, including projectors, printers, and other imaging solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth technical assessments of customer requirements and propose suitable Epson solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Epson's product capabilities.
• Conduct on-site customer visits to demonstrate products and address customer queries.
• Provide technical product training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epson's product line, competitors, and market trends.
• Provide technical support during the sales process and post-sales implementation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.

Qualifications

• Freshers with a technical background (Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field) are welcome.
• Strong product knowledge of projectors, printers, and imaging solutions (will be provided through training).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools (will be trained).
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the AV industry.
• Certifications in relevant IT or AV technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.95 - ?32,255.03 per month
