Job Description

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and social media.
• Client Engagement: Contact potential clients to introduce our restroom renovation services, understand their needs, and explain how our solutions can meet those needs.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on client interactions and follow-ups.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and trends within the restroom renovation industry.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on tele-calling activities, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
