Job Description


HIRING PRESALES EXECUTIVE As a Real Estate Presales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving real estate sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting property solutions that align with their requirements. This position requires a combination of real estate knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement:
Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
Conduct effective pre-sales consultations to gather information about client requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and relevant regulations.
Have a deep understanding of the features and benefits of the properties available for sale.
Customized Property Presentations.
Develop and deliver tailored property presentations to clients, showcasing the unique selling points of each property.
Provide detailed information about property specifications, amenities, and neighborhood highlights.
Coordinate Site Visits:
Arrange and coordinate property viewings for potential buyers.
Accompany clients on site visits, addressing their queries and providing additional information as needed.
Proposal Development:
Work closely with the sales team to develop persuasive proposals that address client requirements and highlight the value proposition of the properties.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market conditions, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to enhance the sales strategy.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
Act as a point of contact between clients and the internal sales and marketing teams. Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
