• Technical Support: Pre-Sales Executives work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions can be developed and implemented.
• Risk Management: They identify and manage technical and commercial risks during the sales process.
• Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services is essential.
• Sales Materials: They assist in creating sales and marketing materials, including technical content
• CRM Component: It involves lead generation, crafting solutions, submitting proposals, conducting demonstrations, negotiating, and closing deals, managing Autotask and HubSpot.
