Job Description
Please apply only if you have a pre-sales / tele-sale background in Real Estate. Immediate / Early Joiners will be preferred. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for attending in-bound & out-bound client calls.
- Very good at understanding the clients\' queries & polite in response.
- Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our projects.
- Listen to the client requirements & connect them with our projects.
- Regularly follow-up with the clients to ensure the site visits.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to determine the solutions to any challenges.
- Very good communication skills with the ability to convince clients over the call.
- Command of English & Hindi. Knowledge of local languages will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Pre-sales / Tele-sales in the Real Estate Industry.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Day shift
