As a Telecaller at Superior Realty, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead Generation: Contact potential clients to generate leads for residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Client Interaction: Provide detailed information about properties, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments for property viewings.
• Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and convert prospects into sales.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about real estate trends and competitor activities.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead status, and client feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is a plus but not required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
• Persuasion: Strong persuasive skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
