Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in converting potential leads into qualified prospects, building rapport with clients, and ensuring an exceptional pre-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management: Handle and follow up on inbound and outbound leads from various channels, such as online inquiries, walk-ins, or phone calls.
• Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Provide clients with detailed information about the company's real estate projects, including features, pricing, location benefits, and availability.
• Coordination: Schedule site visits and ensure seamless communication between the client and the sales team.
• Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain client data and interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing necessary documents and ensuring the smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years in pre-sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead management platforms.
• Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to influence and convince clients to take the next step in the sales process.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
