Pre-sales Executive's :- 1. Tele calling outbound using scripts to contact both existing and prospective consumers. 2. Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up. 3. Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information. 4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. 5. Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis. 6. Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements. 7. Managing customers and fulfilling clients' requirements. 8. Do daily basis updating and keep track of all activities as per the manager's guidance. 9. Communicating with target customers and managing customer relationships. 10. Answering client queries about project specifications and their queries. Requirements 1. Must be completed an HSC or SSC education. 2. Need to have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in Real Estate. 3. Need excellent communication and influencing skills. 4. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients. 5. Update customer information in the customer service database in an Excel sheet. 6. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. 7. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
