Job Description

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team in the solar energy sector. The role involves explaining the benefits of solar energy products, addressing customer inquiries, and following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of calls made daily/weekly.
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of appointments scheduled for the sales team.
• Conversion rate of calls to leads or appointments.
• Customer satisfaction feedback from interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?10,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Performance bonus
