We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual as a Pre-Sales Executive. This role involves generating interest and qualifying potential customers for real estate projects. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, etc.)
• Qualify potential customers based on their requirements and budget.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives with interested clients.
• Provide accurate and informative property details to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to clearly articulate information.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
