Job Title: Presales Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Presales Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and sales support to the sales team, assisting in the development of proposals, and helping to drive successful client engagements. This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical and product information to support the sales process.

2. Proposal Development:

Assist in the creation and preparation of compelling proposals, presentations, and documentation that address client needs and highlight the value of our real estate offerings.

3. Client Interaction:

Engage with clients during the presales phase to gather requirements, provide product demonstrations, and address any questions or concerns they may have.

4. Market Research:

Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform presales strategies and ensure our solutions are competitive and relevant.

5. Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our real estate products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and differentiate them from competitors.

6. Solution Design:

Collaborate with the sales team and clients to design tailored real estate solutions that meet client needs and align with their objectives.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of presales activities, client interactions, and proposal statuses. Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales team and management.

8. Training and Support:

Provide support and training to new team members on presales processes and tools as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a presales or sales support role, preferably within the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of real estate products, services, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations and proposals.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
