: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Kozhikode
Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. The role focuses on engaging with prospective clients, nurturing leads through calls and emails, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in call centers or business development roles in companies like Byju's or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement:
• Initiate cold calls and send emails to connect with potential clients.
• Effectively communicate the company's products and services to prospects.
• Relationship Building:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure sustained engagement.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and keep them interested.
• Meeting Coordination:
• Schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Ensure a seamless handover of leads to the sales team for final conversion.
• CRM & Database Management:
• Update and manage lead information in the CRM system.
• Track the progress of leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Collaboration & Feedback:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead quality and strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead engagement to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, call centers, or business development roles.
• Proven expertise in cold calling and lead nurturing.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Other Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Positive attitude with a focus on achieving results.
