Key Responsibilities:

? Engage with Potential Clients: Connect with 80-120 prospective customers
daily to share details about our exciting real estate projects.

? Generate Leads: Use your communication skills to identify and convert high-quality leads.

? Relationship Building: Create strong connections with clients to build trust and loyalty.

? Coordinate & Follow-Up: Schedule site visits and ensure consistent follow-ups to move leads closer to conversion.

? Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to refine our outreach strategies.

What We're Looking For:

? Experience: 6 months to 4 years in pre-sales, telesales, or similar roles. Prior real estate experience is a big advantage.

? Excellent Communication Skills: Strong command of English and local languages to connect with a diverse clientele.

? Driven & Target-Oriented: Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

? Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency is a plus.
