Job Title : Pre-Sales Associate

Location : No. 95/3, Chaitanya Ananya Road, Whitefield, Seegehalli, Kadugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067
Salary Range : ?20,000 to ?50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Work Timings : Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Minimum Requirements :

• Experience : At least 6 months of experience in a pre-sales or similar role.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of the real estate domain will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead Management :
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with client interactions and follow-ups.
• Client Engagement :
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Share relevant project details, brochures, and pricing information with prospective customers.
• Scheduling and Coordination :
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits for potential buyers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers post-lead qualification.
• Market Research and Reporting :
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion metrics.
• Customer Service :
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure a positive brand image.
• Target Achievement :
• Work towards achieving monthly lead conversion targets set by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
