Role & responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and whatsapp to understand their property requirements.
• Provide detailed product information and guide clients through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the best client experience during site visits and negotiations.
• Should create proposals that outline the features and benefits of products or services and demonstrate how they can address the customer's needs
Preferred candidate profile
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.
• Experience in real estate or similar industry is preferred.
• Self-motivated, with a keen interest in property and development.
• Fluent in English and Kannada.
• Female candidates preferred.
