Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial meetings and presentations to gather information about the client's business needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and other presales materials.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor in the pre-sales phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
• Align proposed solutions with client business goals and challenges.
• Work closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Articulate technical features and benefits in a way that resonates with non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create persuasive and well-documented proposals.
• Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams, facilitating effective communication.
• Analyze competitor strategies and adjust presales tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Work with the product management and development teams to understand the product's capabilities and limitations.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on new product features and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in presales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer relation management.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the industry and the company's products/services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi or Kannada will be an added advantage.
• Working days:- Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
