The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales for our managed farmland properties in Karnataka. The role involves outbound calling to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our farmland investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
? Research and identify potential clients through various sources.
? Initiate outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for sales team.
? Qualify leads based on interest and investment potential.
? Provide detailed information about managed farmland investment opportunities.
? Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
? Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the management.
? Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales performance.
? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
? Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualification:
Any degree and 1+ years experience in real estate
Key skills:
Self-motivated and driven by targets
Resilience Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
Commercial awareness
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary package with incentives and commissions.
• Salary range: 15,000 to 25,000 per month
