Position: Presales Executive

Location: Okhla Industry:Real Estate - Preferred/Banking /Insurance /International BPO - Outbound Process only Job Summary The Pre-Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and is responsible for converting leads into prospects. They are expected to possess excellent communication and sales skills to effectively convey information about our projects and encourage site visits. The Pre-Sales Representative is responsible for following up with customers Pre-site visits and coordinating with the sales office to ensure seamless customer experience. Roles and Responsibility \xc3\x98 Responsible for making outbound & Inbound calls and coordination with Sales team, Follow-up with customers for site Visits. \xc3\x98 Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner. \xc3\x98 Schedule meetings with sales team as per defined process. \xc3\x98 Maintain a strong knowledge of the company\'s products, services, and industry trends \xc3\x98 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software \xc3\x98 Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices \xc3\x98 Qualify prospects by understanding their real estate needs and proposing appropriate solutions \xc3\x98 Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers. Qualifications and Skills \xc3\x98 Graduate preferred with and 1-3 years of relevant experience in tele sales, inside sales and outbound-sales, or a similar role within the real estate industry. \xc3\x98 Proficient in spoken English with proper grammar & fluency \xc3\x98 Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills. \xc3\x98 Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and financing options. \xc3\x98 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
