Real Estate Presales Executive

to manage lead generation, follow-ups, and client engagement. The role involves nurturing potential clients, scheduling site visits, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate, this is a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers. Maintain and update CRM with lead status and progress. Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion. Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and offers. Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

o 1-3 years in real estate presales, telecalling.

o Looking for candidates with strong calling experience for real estate projects in the Central Mumbai region.

o The role requires excellent communication skills, proactive follow-ups, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

Skills:

o Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

o Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

o Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.

o Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
