Job requirements
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the presales process. Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and technical requirements. Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to effectively communicate proposed solutions. Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that address client needs. Create comprehensive solution architectures that align with industry best practices and the client\'s strategic objectives. Design technical diagrams, prototypes, and other artifacts to illustrate proposed solutions. Technical Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to both clients and internal teams. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and product capabilities. Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of compelling and persuasive proposals, including technical documentation, cost estimates, and timelines. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and delivery teams. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
