Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Guide children in activities that stimulate their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
2. Provide a safe, comforting, and healthy environment for children.
3. Monitor each child's development and progress, identifying strengths and areas needing attention.
4. Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where children feel secure.
5. Plan age-appropriate activities that promote development across cognitive, motor, language, and social domains.
6. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration through interactive lessons.
7. Encourage the development of fine motor skills.
8. Organize the physical layout of the classroom to encourage active learning and participation.
9. Observe and document children's progress in various developmental areas and conduct regular assessments to understand each child's needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
10. Meet with parents to discuss their child's development and address any concerns.
