Pre-Primary Mother Teacher - Early Childhood Educator

Pre-Primary Mother Teacher

to join the vibrant early years team at a reputed school in

Manikonda, Telangana

. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, where they nurture young learners with creativity, empathy, and structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate holistic development of children through activity-based learning. Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment. Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the early years curriculum. Foster language, motor, cognitive, and social skills through play and structured interaction. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being. Monitor, observe, and assess each child's development and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Encourage a love for learning through songs, stories, and hands-on activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in

Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCE

or related field.

2 to 3 years of experience

as a Pre-Primary Mother Teacher. Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, patient, and passionate about working with young children. Familiarity with play-way, Montessori, or integrated early learning methodologies
