Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Management:
1) Create and maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
2) Implement clear classroom rules and routines to ensure an organized, respectful, and productive environment.
3) Encourage students to develop social skills such as sharing, listening, and cooperation.

Lesson Planning and Delivery:
1) Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans based on the school's curriculum that cater to children's developmental stages and individual needs.
2) Use a variety of instructional methods and resources (including play, music, and hands-on activities) to support children's learning.
3) Integrate subjects like language arts, math, science, arts, and motor skills development into daily activities.

Child-Centered Approach:
1) Recognize and respond to the diverse needs of each child, tailoring learning experiences to meet these needs.
2) Provide both structured and unstructured opportunities for children to explore and develop their creativity, imagination, and problem-solving abilities.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
1. Observe and assess the development of each child across various domains: cognitive, social, emotional, and physical.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on children's progress and achievements.
3. Provide regular feedback to parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and any areas of concern.
4. Prepare and conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss progress and goals.

Parental Involvement:
1. Establish and maintain strong communication with parents, offering support, advice, and updates about their child's experiences and growth.
2. Encourage parents to participate in school activities and collaborate in the development of their child.

Play and Physical Development:

2. Ensure a balance of structured, guided activities and free play to encourage independence and creativity.

Health, Safety, and Well-Being:
1. Prioritize the health and safety of children at all times.
2. Follow health protocols and ensure a hygienic classroom environment.
3. Administer basic first aid if necessary and keep emergency contact information up-to-date.

1. Work as part of a team with fellow teachers and staff to ensure consistency in teaching practices and student development.
