We are excited to announce openings for the post of Pre-Primary Teachers at our Iris KPHB branch for Academic Year 2025-26.

Teacher Responsibilities and Duties

• Familiarize yourself with the curriculum to ensure effective delivery.
• Plan and execute daily programs and activities in alignment with the curriculum.
• Utilize or create teaching aids, such as charts and displays, to enhance learning.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate weekly lesson plans and activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to child development.
• Collaborate with the Center Head and colleagues on school events, celebrations, and field trips.
• Monitor and document the progress of each child as per school guidelines.
• Review each child's progress with team members to ensure personalized attention.
• Create strategies and written plans to promote self-discipline and self-esteem in children.
• Build positive relationships with each child to foster trust and learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing their queries and concerns during regular interactions.
• Utilize tools such as Gmail and Google Classroom for communication and lesson management.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience:

Minimum of 1+ years of teaching experience in reputed schools.

• Qualification:

Graduates/Post-graduates with strong communication skills. (B.Ed/PPTC/NTT certification is an added advantage.)
