Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Primary Teacher with a background in international curricula to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in facilitating the development and growth of young learners through engaging and age-appropriate educational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the objectives and standards of the international pre-primary curriculum.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured play, interactive activities, and group experiences.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers through regular communication and formal evaluations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues based on trust, respect, and open communication.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and developmental milestones.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Certification in early childhood education or teaching credential/license (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting, preferably with exposure to international curricula.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency may be advantageous depending on the school's demographic).
• Familiarity with technology integration in teaching and learning processes.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Pay: ?10,723.35 - ?27,297.72 per month
