Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in accordance with the early childhood education curriculum.
- Utilize play-based learning, storytelling, songs, and hands-on activities to engage children and support their development.
- Foster a love of learning and curiosity in young children through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Child Development:
- Observe and assess each child\'s progress, providing individual support and encouragement as needed.
- Identify and address the developmental needs of each child, including those with special needs or learning disabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of each child\'s development, behavior, and progress.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the well-being of all children.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to encourage positive behavior and social interaction.
- Establish routines and procedures that provide structure and predictability for young children.
- Parent Engagement:
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on their child\'s progress and development.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and school events.
- Provide guidance and support to parents on early childhood development and education.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in professional development programs and continuous learning initiatives to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for effective teaching.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional learning communities.
- Education:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Teaching certification in early childhood education is preferred.
- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
