Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate children aged 2-5 in a dynamic and creative learning environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a love for learning, ensuring the overall development of young learners, and creating a safe, nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and Implement Curriculum: Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans, focusing on social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Interactive Teaching: Employ creative teaching methods like storytelling, songs, and play-based learning activities.
• Assessment and Reporting: Monitor and document each child's progress, sharing feedback with parents/guardians regularly.
• Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times during school hours.
• Parent Interaction: Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss the child's development and address any concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to plan school events, programs, and activities.
