• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Facilitate fun and educational activities that promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children in the early stages of learning.

• Create a Nurturing Environment: Establish a warm and supportive learning environment where children feel comfortable and motivated to participate.

• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on early literacy, numeracy, and creative development while keeping in mind individual learning needs.

• Child Development Monitoring: Observe and assess childrens progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to parents and caregivers.

• Classroom Management: Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring that children are engaged, safe, and following routines.

• Hands-on Activities: Incorporate play-based and sensory learning activities to promote holistic development, including motor skills, communication, and social interaction.

• Communication with Parents: Maintain open lines of communication with parents, sharing updates on childrens progress, achievements, and any areas of concern.

• Collaboration with Colleagues: Work alongside other educators and school staff to maintain a cohesive learning environment and participate in school events and activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) or Montessori trained.

• Experience: Prior experience (1-2 years) in teaching pre-primary students is preferred, but freshers with the right qualifications are encouraged to apply.

• Passion for Early Education: Must have a strong desire to work with young children, helping to shape their early educational experience.

• Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to design interactive and playful lessons that cater to the interests and developmental stages of young learners.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in communicating with both young children and their parents, along with strong interpersonal skills.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and execute lessons, maintain classroom order, and track the progress of each child.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of early childhood developmental milestones.

• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning atmosphere.

• A friendly, patient, and caring disposition to support children's emotional well-being.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time: Salary: \xe2\x82\xb918,000 per month.

• Full-time: Salary: \xe2\x82\xb922,000 per month.
