  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that cater to the needs and interests of young children. Incorporate play-based learning experiences that promote holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
  • Classroom Management: Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. Establish daily routines and procedures to help children feel secure and develop self-regulation skills.
  • Individualized Instruction: Recognize and respect the unique learning styles, abilities, and developmental stages of each child. Provide differentiated instruction and support to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special needs or English language learners.
  • Social and Emotional Development: Foster positive relationships and social skills among children by promoting cooperation, empathy, and conflict resolution. Help children develop a strong sense of self-esteem, independence, and confidence in their abilities.
  • Communication with Parents: Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child\'s progress, achievements, and areas for growth. Provide regular updates through newsletters, parent-teacher conferences, and informal conversations to involve parents in their child\'s learning journey.
  • Observation and Assessment: Observe children\'s behavior, interactions, and progress to assess their development and learning outcomes. Use a variety of assessment tools, including anecdotal records, checklists, and portfolios, to document children\'s growth and inform instructional planning.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, supervise children during activities, and respond promptly to any accidents or emergencies.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional learning opportunities to enhance teaching practices, stay updated on research-based best practices in early childhood education, and maintain relevant certifications and credentials.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community. Participate in team meetings, professional learning communities, and collaborative planning sessions to share ideas and resources.
  • Parental Involvement: Encourage parental involvement in the education process by inviting parents to participate in classroom activities, volunteering opportunities, and special events. Foster a strong partnership between home and school to support children\'s holistic development.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Education:
