Position: Pre Primary Teacher (Female)

Locations: Punjabi Bagh & Greater Kailash, Delhi

Position Type & Compensation:

• Full-Time: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Salary: ?40,000 per month
• Part-Time: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM | Salary: ?30,000 per month
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate/Diploma in relevant fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of preschool teaching experience.
• Bond Requirement: Two-year bond commitment required.

Responsibilities:
? Good Communication & Presentation skills
? Quick learner & Passionate to teach
? Preschool/primary school experience will be preferred
? Confident & courteous candidate required.
? Potential to handle kids from 1 year till 8 years of age.
? Capable of presenting lessons with instructions and use visual and audio aids to facilitate learning sessions
? Good judgement skills to evaluate students progress and create progress reports to be shared with parents
? Collaborate with parents, other teachers, and stakeholders, and attend regular meetings
? Observe student behavior and report the same to parents on regular basis.
? Flexible to learn different ways of teaching and implementing the same to meet the interests and learning styles of students as per our fixed plan.
? Capable of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
? Education Industry experience 2+ years
