Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 2 to 5 years.
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment that fosters children's growth and development.
• Use English in daily communication with children, staff, and parents to maintain a strong English-speaking atmosphere.
• Develop creative, play-based learning methods, including storytelling, art, music, and physical activities to enhance cognitive, social, and language skills.
• Observe and assess each child's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior through constructive interactions.
• Support children with daily routines such as meals, personal hygiene, and nap times.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for working with young children, especially in early childhood education.
• Creative mindset and enthusiasm for designing and implementing fun, educational activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience to work with young children and their individual learning styles.
• Experience in a pre-primary, nursery, or preschool setting is preferred.
• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
