Incorporate play-based learning activities to engage children in active learning. Classroom Management: Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order.
Instruction: Teach basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, and letters. Facilitate activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
Assessment: Observe and assess children\'s progress and development. Communicate with parents about their child\'s growth and any concerns.
Collaboration: Work with other teachers, staff, and administrators to develop cohesive programs. Participate in professional development opportunities.
Care and Supervision: Ensure the health and safety of children at all times. Provide supervision during activities, meals, and nap times.
