Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Implement Curriculum: Develop and execute a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes the physical, social, and intellectual growth of pre-nursery students.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and effective learning.
• Child Development: Observe and assess the developmental needs of each child, providing individualized instruction and support to promote their growth.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of the children in your care.

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience working with young children in a teaching or childcare setting is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
