• Sales Targets:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for premium bikes.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective buyers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• Product Knowledge:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of our premium bike models, specifications, and features.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the unique selling points to potential customers.

• Market Analysis:

• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market observations.

• Sales Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts.
• Provide regular updates to the sales manager on sales performance and market insights.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in automotive premium bike sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
