Premium Account ExecutiveAbout the Role:We are a leader in the UPI-based payments ecosystem in India, with a mission to make payments seamless, safe, and widely accepted. With a customer base of over 400 million users and 33 million merchants, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing digital payments.Salary: Up to - 4.5 LPAResponsibilities :Merchant Acquisition : Onboard new merchants based on an understanding of transaction volume and patterns in the assigned geography.Relationship Management : Build and strengthen relationships with identified merchants, onboarding them onto value-added products and services.Account Management : Develop a deep understanding of merchant accounts, addressing competitors' challenges, and fostering upselling and cross-selling of new products (e.g., SmartSpeakers, EDC machines).Competition Mapping : Research and analyze competition activity in assigned regions, enabling faster strategic responses.Requirements :Graduation.- Strong communication and influencing skills.- At least 1 year of B2C sales experience with a proven track record of good performance.- Prior experience in selling products (e.g., CC, EDC/POS, Insurance) is an added advantage.
