• Register the patients and generate MR and OP number and prepare the OP File of the patients.
• Handle end to end patient care services.
• Guide the patients on health care packages.
• Coordinate with the Doctors for appointments so as to ensure less waiting time.
• To reconfirm appointments or make reminder calls to patients who have specifically requested for a particular service.
• To collect the feedback from the Patients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
