We are looking for a Business Banking Executive to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers & Team. We'll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company's positive image.


To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Also you need to ensure that your relationship with customer & team yields X-sell opportunity.


Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with our client to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.



Job Role:



Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics

Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance

•

Responsible For Sourcing High Value CA customer's along with entire Family Banking relationship

•

Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customer.

•





Job Requirements:

• MBA preferred
• 2-3 Years for MBAs and 3 - 4 years for Non MBAs.
• Background in order of preference o Banking o Financial Services o FMCG / Tele Communication
• Had managed & Sourced Business Banking customer's
