Build the vision of PrEM group and involve the team in its implementation, aiming at continuous improvement in productivity and performances. Plan, grow and acknowledge team expertise. Manage the technical contractual scope of the project he is handling as a PrEM by ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders.
